I was blown away by the exceptional service at this hotel. Not only did they promptly return my forgotten belongings, but they also went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. the heating in the flat was perfect, keeping us warm and cozy throughout our visit. the washing machine was a convenient addition, allowing us to refresh our clothes after a long day of exploring. To top it off, the flat-screen TV provided entertainment for the whole family. Our experience exceeded all expectations and we cannot wait to return.
